Terms of Use
Last updated June 27, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Lesson Recorder app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
The app
Lesson Recorder lets you record lessons, transcribe them on your device, and generate highlights. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when recording — including obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction before recording another person.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. This app’s use of Apple in-app purchases is also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Lesson Recorder to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Your content
Your recordings, transcripts, and highlights are yours. We claim no ownership over them. See our Privacy Policy for how the limited data we process is handled.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Transcripts and highlights are generated automatically and may contain errors; don’t rely on them as a sole record where accuracy is critical. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lesson Recorder is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
